It’s that time of year once again when the heat is starting to rise and the shorts and t-shirts come out of the closet. A perfect accessory to these spring and summer clothes is a straw hat by Stetson. Normally, fashion rules say you can’t wear a straw hat until after Easter passes, but weren’t rules made to be broken. We never liked that no white after Labor Day rule, either (straw hats come in different colors, anyways.) Your usual headgear comes in some sort of fabric that is soft and flexible, but straw hats tend to have a better look if you tilt them just a little to one side of your head. Another tip for straw hat wearers: If you want to make your hat last, you will want to turn down the sweatband in the hat to allow it to dry in order to prevent any sweat or hair-care products to bleed through into the straw itself, which will ruin it eventually. Be sure to browse through all of the Stetson straw hats, because they are a perfect way to keep the sun out of your eyes and provide your face with a little shade.
